This page explains how JYD House Plan Designs handles information connected with browsing, purchasing, and downloading digital concept plan packages.

Information collected from buyers

When a buyer begins checkout, JYD House Plan Designs collects the email address entered for the receipt and delivery process. Purchase records also include the selected plan and license tier, purchase amount, payment and checkout references, payment status, and package-delivery status.

Payment information and Stripe

Stripe processes payments directly through its secure checkout service. Payment information such as card numbers and security codes is provided to Stripe, not to JYD House Plan Designs. JYD House Plan Designs does not receive or store full card details.

How email addresses are used

A buyer's email address is used to associate the buyer with the purchase, support Stripe's receipt process, and respond to purchase-related support needs. The purchased package is provided on the payment confirmation page; it is not emailed. An email address or receipt does not grant renewed download access. Buyer email is not used for unrelated marketing without separate permission.

Download tokens and digital delivery

After Stripe confirms payment, the site creates a signed download token for one download within one hour of successful payment. Returning to the confirmation page does not extend the deadline or restore a used download. After that download is used or the access window expires, downloading again requires a new purchase. Tokens and receipt links should be kept private. Purchase and delivery records are retained as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, maintain transaction records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and data sales

JYD House Plan Designs uses service providers, including Stripe for payment processing and hosting or storage providers for operating the site and delivering files. Information is shared with these providers only as needed for those services or as required by law. JYD House Plan Designs does not sell buyer data to third parties.

Security and buyer responsibility

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect purchase records and package access. Buyers should keep download and receipt links private, download purchased files before access expires, and save a backup. Further download access requires a new purchase; files already saved remain available to the buyer under the purchased license. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
